As head of the Coral Gables Trust Company, John W. Harris leverages nearly three decades of experience spanning private banking, commercial lending, and investment management. Through the Coral Gable Trust Company, John W. Harris takes a collaborative approach in providing value-based solutions in the pursuit of client objectives.
Mr. Harris’ past experience includes serving Northern Trust Bank as senior vice president, senior lender, and private banking manager. In his current position he manages a trust and investment management firm representing assets valued at $1.4 billion. His professional affiliations include the Tax and Elder Law sections of the Florida Bar and he is active with the Florida Justice Association.
Mr. Harris is involved with diverse charitable organizations and recently assumed board responsibilities with STEP Miami. He enjoys fine dining and travel in his free time, and is a member of the International Wine and Food Society. John W. Harris’ favorite activities include tennis, swimming, and deep sea fishing, and he particularly values time spent with family.
